i have a 2001 ext. cab dakota with a 3.9 v6. i am looking at flowmasters, dynomax, and glass packs. i am looking for sound and perfomance but rather have the sound, but no low downs. i have had flows on a 3.0 V6 and it sounded alright but i figured dynomax or glass packs would sound alot better. when ever i get a muffler i plan on having a single inlet and dual outlets(or a Y after the muffler) with 2.25 or 2.5 piping and 3.5 tips. Any recommendations would be helpful also sound clips if anyone has them of a dakota 3.9 V6.

you can go to exhaustsoundclips.com or intense-dak.com they have sound clips but i dont now about the spintech. I just instaled a flowmaster 40 series mufler on my truck single in dual out 2.25 pipes and 3in tips. It sounds great. I don't know about dynomax but i think glasspacks would make it sound like a rice rocket.

well i have decided to put a glass pack on my truck today, i plan on getting a single inlet with dual outlets and 2.25 piping with 3.5 Echo tips. the glass pack is and 18'' big bore. i plan on swaping it out with a dynomax later but i will goahead and get my pipe work done and put the glass pak on. i will load some sound clips of it when i get a chance and also i have a nissan pathfinder 3.0 V6 with a 40 series flowmaster on it, i will load that one to so some of yall can see what a v6 sounds like with 40 delta flow.
