 Subject: Throttle stumble

hey,
a friend of mine just bought an 88 ram charger with the premag 318. when he first gets on the gas the engine stumbles and almost seems to die. could this be a dead spot in the tps? (it has throttle body injection.)any input is extremely appreciated.

its posible
check with a digital volt meter center wire and
ground. should be from .3 to 1 closed throttle
steadily increase and always return to loe volts
key on engine not running
could also be the o2 sensor on the 88 TB injection
or a bad map sensor
