I just put a set of ASP Pulleys on my 94 Dak last weekend. I'm not sure about the power, but there is better throttle response. I only got the 2 pulley set(crank & alt) btw because the replacement water pump's pully was pressed on, not bolted. Install of them is pretty easy if you have an impact wrench. Alt might cause some problems if you dont.

i just installed a crank pulley only on my '00 QC 3.9 5spd. a noticeable diff in acceleration. not much but it's there. i got mine used for 10 bucks.
worth it.
