Message: I have a 1987 dakota 4x4 im wondering if i could put a B&M floor shifter in it. I can get the shifter for free. So i dont have a loss if it wont work. I am wondering if it would fit becase of the 4x4 shifter and if it would be worth it

Message: Yes you can use the floor shifter
Mount it behind or next to the 4X4 lever and you
can sneek the cable under the 4X4 shifters cover
and out the hole for that shifter and under the
truck from there you just mount the cable bracket
with 2 or 3 pan bolts hook the cable up and
adjust.
Have put in quite a few of the floor shifters
people just seam to like them and a lot also
pop the pin and remove the colum lever or change
it out to a manual colum
