your truck is so old it has a carb on it. It would cost more then it is worth to change over to fuel injection. you would have to replace the carb with a TB change intake manifold, add a fuel injection system, change the heads to magnum heads, which by the way won't fit the year block you have due to changes in the valve train geometry so you would need a new block, but that means now that a lot of the internals that you by now are thinking could be swapped out, but guess what? a lot of them don't swap out due to the differences in the magnum and non magnum internal dimmesions being different, upgrade the whole under hood wiring system, add a whole bunch of new sensors and get rid of a bunch of others, up grade your PCM, change your fuel sytem, change fuel pump, upgrade fuel vaper canister, re-plumb fuel line to higher pressure line, add sensers to the engine that would require re-machining parts of the block,(crank and cam position sensores) upgrade the distributer, upgrade the ignition system. And a whole lot of other stuff I just don't care to get into. Parts alone will cost somewhere around 4 thousand bucks, then you gotta find someone with enough expertise to be able to do the job for you, and some one with that much knowlegde ain't gonna hire himself out to someone for cheap. Your questions alone indicate a general lack of knowledge and inability to study and understand what others have written. Most likely, due to the quality of your questions, you find it very difficult just to change a flat tire. Do your self a favor, buy a newer, Gen III truck and hire a pro to work on these changes for you.
