 Subject: chrome alloy or polished alloy?

I am looking at the American Racing Baja wheel for my 93 dodge dakota. They offer it in a polished or in a chrome alloy. Now there's almost $200 difference between the two, chrome being the most. What is the big difference between in reguards to how well they are going to stand up to the climate? I live in Michigan so salt has a key role in my decision. I just can't decide which one is going to be better.

Chrome look better, but can rust! YOu have to take real good care or chrome wheels. I am looking at the same wheels for my 93!
