Message: That answers my questions too about the Design III injectors for a GenIII truck. Wondered about the 4 hole thing. Putting the square connector Design III's on my 98 this weekend. Good luck.

Message: hey Tazzy, how is your engine doing after some miles? any better MPG, or power?
also i was wondering if when doing this install a high quality fuel filter should be installed. my thought was the old injectors had 1 big hole, while your new ones have 4 smaller holes, wouldnt they clog faster?
anyway, thank you for your great post!

Message: What about a SFI setup. Any one tried that?? I'm thinking of switching back to a V6. If I buy a used on lets say a 96 modle what ways could I increase power along with MPG?? I'm going to install a Magnaflow on my 318 powerd Dakota. I let you know what the MPG is after I install it.

Message: I got a question. I emailed 50motorsports and they told NOT TO USE 19# injectors on a 3.9, as it would do alot of damage if it was running to rich or lean. The only have 22# left, and I know I saw 19 before. So how's the truck running now? You had any problems?

Message: You haven't pushed the fuel rail down far enough to make a seal. I've had it leak from the top and bottom. You just have to play with it until you get down far enough (top and bottom) and still be able to secure the fuel rail back in place. Wiggle it back and forth a litle bit to get it to seated enough to not leak.

Message: yes, "stupid is" stupid. if you look real hard you can see that Tony Fortner did post his question on 12/17/08. Albeit, he should have started a new post, it was still a valid reply by Elmer.
