Hello,
I recently had my plugs and a full tune up on my truck.. not long after now I am hearing a Clicking, almost like a pair of keys rattleing under my hood but only under acceleration, does it through all gears and seems more noticeable when the truck is cold (IE in the morning or leaving work maybe I just get use to it).
I had a similar problem on my mustang, turned out to be the PCV valve, think this could be it? sound appears to be coming from the front drivers side, near the cab. Don't have someone right now to give it some gas while I am under the hood lookin to see what is going on..
its a 98 v6 dak. with 94k miles on it

i think it might be your opossum running around under your hood. put it back on its track, so your little 6 banger will actually go! move over bitch my v8s coming through.....honk honk vroooom now you see tail lights!

there is (almost) no way your 6 is faster than my 8! I have 429 rwhp, and 476 rw torque. novi 2000 blower w/ 14 lbs of boost, 2.02 rt heads w/ 3 angle valve job, mopar headers, spintech exhaust, m1 intake, fastman 58mm tb, msd ignition, mopar pcm, crane gold series roller rockers (1.6), 2500 stall converter, 4.56 gears, detroit locker 9 1/4, reverse manual valve body. all in a rc 99 r/t. Mine is good on gas too, gets about 16 on the highway. there is nothing about the 6 that is better than an 8 NOTHING. did i mention that mine sounds better?
