most that come from the same years are compatible, but the throttle cable will not work for a v8 tb so i have heard. if you put one from a v8 one, you will need to get a v8 throttle cable from some where like i junk yard or something. if you want a really good one, go to krcperformance.com. they have some there, but they are expensive, im talkin like 400+. yeah, one from the same year will work. in my case the throttle body i bought was from a 96 dak, and it will work on 96+ daks. if it were a 95 tb, it would only work on 95 and down (correct me if im wrong larry) daks.
