Whats the cheapest way to get another 25 to 30 Horsepower ?

there really isn't any single cheap way to get that much HP......go for a new intake and exhaust..

I have a 96 4x4 3.9
I did like these guys said and started with the intense performance intake and a flowmaster muffler about $225 total. then I ported my throttle body=free www.fast4x4.net will show you how. Get a 180deg tstat $10 and autolight 3923 regular sparkplugs. Also look at a flex-a-light Black Magic 150 electric fan=$190, remove the stock fan = HP all the way through the power band.
