Message: Does anyone know if the throttle cable that goes to the tranmission is adjustable?? (I have a 99 3.9 auto) It doesn't like to shift out of second when the engine is cold untill almost 3500 rpm!!! Could it be something inside the trans such as a valve or something? Once its warmed up, it shifts fine.

Message: I have the same problem
sometimes in the morning or
right from the start up. My truck
seems not to want to shift into
second unless around 3500. If i put
it any where close the that like 2000-3400
it likes to jump back and forth kinda like
there is a clog or somthing.
