Message: I know everything about pre 1973 cars but nothing about modern cars. Can someone help me out... In a 99 dakota V6 mag, would i have do do anything to the computer if i installed 1.7 rockers or would it adjust? And would I have to install anything else with the rockers?

Message: A set of RRockers and studs, keep you RPM's under 5000. If you want to go higher: guideplates and pushrods, and maybe valve springs too. The computer will learn probably in 200 to 500 miles. Oh yes, modify the baffle in the valve cover. Good luck.

Message: You don't have to install anything else with the rockers but....
If you combo that with a good air intake and maybe a throttle body and then a good exhaust setup, you'll be even happier. Especially on the intake side. There are greater gains in upgrading the stock intake side vs. the stock exhaust side.
