Message: Ok, here goes -
Beside the battery is the fuse/breaker panel, and the pos/neg from the battery run here - When I loosened the pos. side bolt, the plastic underneath stripped out and now I can't get the P>O>S> battery bolt to tighten back down. It won't come apart from what looks like the pcm also. WTF to do now? I still have connection there, but it's a little loose.
Anyone else have this happen? How did you fix it? I figure they cheaped this part to save some cash. Tried to brace it, hold it with 2 screwdrivers, needle-nosed pliers, ...what a cheap piece of sh*t!

Message: never had that happen to my truck but maybe you could just drill it out and put another bolt in there usually the bolts on batterey terminals are pretty soft so you should have no problem drilling it out (if that would work)
just my 2 cents
