Subject: Check Engine!!! IP: Logged
Message: I recently installed the Mopar Performance computer in my 93 V6 5spd. I know Mopar does not make these anymore, but I got a hold of one from my cousin. I had the battery disconnected while installing. After driving for about 5 min my check engine light comes on, is there better way to reset the computer? How do I let the truck know a new computer was installed?

Message: You need to see what code you got
key on off 3 time than on and watch the check
engine light
Binary
1 pause 2 is 12 start of diagnostics
5 pause 5 is 55 end of diagnostics
ant inbetween will be your trouble codes before
anyone can help you we need to know what is
triping the mil light
Discnect batt and hold the key to start for 30
secs, now shut off and reconect batt and try again
if you still get a light need to know what code
The only other way to remove codes is with a scan
tool
