you must have a 4.7 in that thing as the magnums use a timing chain.

which brings me to pause, Why would you ask about a timing belt on the V6 board as the 3.9 six in the daks, the only one available in '02 and in years previous has no such thing. a timing chain if of good quality and installed right can last for 150,000 to 200,000 miles.
