 Subject: low end power?

my 95 cc 3.9 has no low end power at all. it has a cap on it, but i don't think that makes a whole lot of difference. I am about to start mods on it and all i really want is moe low end power. it has a 3.55 rear end and i wonder if the 3.92 will make a lot of difference. any ideas?

i have a 2000 4x4 V6 CC 3.92 and all it has is low end power
jack squat in the high range
