Message: go with the 390's or 410's but i hear the 410's dont fit in the 8.25 case unless you modify the case or the gears, im sure sum 1 can clear that up. eather way the 390's would give u much better get up!

Message: Thats not an issue, I can easily fix that, I just need something that can use the power I have added. Other than the gears, I will be adding the 1.7 Rollers. I think I found 3.90's at summit!

Message: wasn't asking you if it was an issue, i was just asking a stupid question that i basically already knew the answer to, so i could then ask, how would you fix such a thing, besides tire size.

Message: It's all computer settings! I have a friend who works for a dealer, so I can have him reset everything. There are places you can buy your own computer to make those types of changes, but I don't know where to get them or what they cost.

Message: what is the difference in MPG and RPM's when switching from 3.55's to say 4.10's or 3.90's.
How much would an install like that cost to have a shop do it?

Message: Remember that tire size also plays a big part. If your tires are not as tall as stock than go to 3.90 gears, if they are taller than 4.10 are better. Also if you drive in town most of the time, lower gears won't bother you much. As for gas milage, my in town milage didn't change much going to 4.10 gears. But the quick starts are nice!
As for labor, $250 to $300 sounds about right. I had a friend that has a shop do it and a case of beer got mine put in. LOL
