First, will the MSD spark plug wires 32969 fit on an 03 CC V6? Also how difficult is it to change the cap and rotor? I tried finding a Haynes manual for the 03 with no luck. Is it better to change the cap and rotor when I put my 360 air intake in? Can I change the spark plug wires after I change the cap and rotor the wires are backordered?

The cap and rotor are a fairly easy thing to change. Just make sure to keep the wires in the same order.
You can get a nice set from your local NAPA parts store that have brass contacts.
Don't know about the wires fitting, contact MSD.

for a 03 5.2, you have 2 left over but a perfict
fit.

Yes you can change the wires at any time. I have a 99 and it's just two screws to remove the distributor cap, the rotor just pulls straight up. You should be able to change it in just a couple of minutes. Don't waste money on a Hanes just for that. If you want to buy a really good manual get the factory service manual instead.
