My truck is reading code 15:
"No vehicle speed sensor signal detected during road load conditions. or Low output speed sensor RPM, above 15MPH."
What does this mean and how do I correct it?

Rear wheel speed sensor is about $35 from Dodge. If that is what's wrong, it's an easy enough fix it is on top of the differential. Some symptoms are: your speedo no longer works, I also had an intermittent ABS light.
