My friend and I were coming home from skiing tonight at about 9PM or so...and all of a sudden this silverado gets right on my bumper w/his high beams on...and im already doing a good 10 over the speed limit...so im thinking wtf, another jerkoff driver...and when we get near the city it turns into 2 lanes and he passes me...

I was like wait...if i follow him then i can fly home, and usually its the first guy that gets pulled over and stuff...so im not as bad off if i just fly by myself. So we're following him, hes doing some really dumb stuff, had it sideways a few times, etc. and then we get to this big hill, about 1 mile all uphill, and its one lane at the light...him and his buddy are flipping us the bird so i got ready to haul up the hill...

They took off and thru 1st and 2nd he gained a lead...then in 3rd we were pretty much dead even...i moved into the left lane (it splits back into two) but didnt have enough to pass him, then we both let off at like 70 or so.

As we get closer to home my buddy and i are wondering if we know these guys, cuz they are taking the same turns as us and everything...and we pull up to a light on the highway next to them...the first red 2 lane one we got so far...turns out the driver graduated my high school last year, and his friend is in our class...they both flip us the bird and we take off at the light! Again, he has me off the line and by the time i hit revved out 2nd and into 3rd hes ahead, but not gaining anymore...and we let off again at like 75 and then we both went our separate ways as we were back in our school district.

Overall just wanted to talk about my fun ride home...and to say that for once im kinda impressed with my stock-motored 2WD RC 5-speed 3.9L...it has clunky snow tires on the back right now, and 200lbs of sand bags in the bed...which makes for bad starts as the snow tires spin easily on dry pavement. The silverado was a 5.3 w/duals and thats it...extended cab short bed 4x4. I was scared I was going to get raped horribly and i didnt loose by that much...
