I have a '96 Dakota, V6.
Can anyone tell me what the service intervals are? How often
should the oil/filter be changed? How often should it get a
minor/major tune-up?
Is there some place I can get a service-interval chart, without having
to buy an entire service manual?

Why spend 15 to 20 dollars and get a Haynes or Chiltons Manual, it should give you what you need to know. Check the owners manual if you got when you bought your truck. It should also have the intervals.
