Subject: Thermostat Larry! IP: Logged
Message: Hey Larry. could use some help
These thermostats, I asked my auto teacher at my high school about them. He said it's worth the 10 dollars to get one, he was saying how it will keep the engine at a cooler running temp, (will also compliment the intake i have). Was wondering what one I should go with Larry. Highest i've seen is a 160 degree one for my 93 v6 magnum. Worth it in your opinion, and is there any higher ones? Thanks all who answer :)

Message: Don't go with a 160 go 180 Stant or Super Stant
but not from autozone they sell the elchepos
Yes a cooler engine is more volumetricly eficiant
and will produce more power.
Mopar techs even say the V6 will produce more power
in the 182 to 187 range and a 180 will run aprox
185
