Is the '03 Dak plagued with the ball joint problem?

Actually, the 2000 + are different from the 99 and previous. I have an 02 with a bad passenger side upper ball joint.
TRW, MOOG, and McQuay Norris do not manufacture this part yet and is only available from the dealer at this time.
