what year v-8 and what year v-6..
think it was 95 and before had erg fitting on tb..
96 up did'nt..
your v-6 sensors will work..just may need a different throttle cable..

You can get a Holley 5.9/5.2 liter Performance TB from Scott at mainjet@comcast.net for around $150 with shipping... You will need the following though...
1 - V8 throttle cable "$27.00"
3 - rubber seals that go between plastic hat and Tb, because plastic hat may be warped enough to matter "$12.00"
1 - center bolt replacement "couple of dollars at most at local hardware store, because of seals and extra height"
You will also need the sensor off the front of your old TB...
Not much use in this unless you port match your intake to TB "dual 48mm bores/intake, and dual 52mm bores/TB"
OR you can send hughesengines.com your old V6 TB and pay them $165.00 plus shipping "both ways I'm sure", and they will port and polish out it for you and you won't have to change out anything :))
Now you'll need to talk to Scott about the TB, because I got one to replace the one on my 99' from him and don't know if it will fit yours exactly or not, but I'm sure it will...
Hope this will help you a little more in your decission making process...

92 to 95 need 92 to 95 V8 body EGR
96 and up need 96 up V8 body non EGR
All the sensors will bolt right on and work fine
