i have the same problem as "chuff". today my truck bogged down and i lost all accleration and had to pull over. within seconds the idle went to normal and i was able to rev her up fine but as i pulled away it bogged down again, a few times of this and then i was able to drive the next 15 miles with no problems. i called around when i got home and was told that it could be 1)fuel pump 2)fuel filter 3)catylatic converter 4)egr valve...is there a way to test these items to know what part to fix? what could it be???HELP!!!

mine did nearly the same thing and it was my gas line a bottle of dry gas and she ran fine
