Message:
I checked my codes at autozone, and the code was p1494. Now the troubleshooting description at auto zone was "SPCUT Solenoid Circuit Malfunction". Now when i looked at one post left to me about the OBD ll Codes it says " 1495 Leak Detection Pump (LDP) pressure switch problem - the solenoid circuit. " Which one do i pay attention to and how would i fix it? I just hope i didn't phuck up my dakota. I was careful when changing everything and every sensor matched up so please HELP.

Not sure, but just so we dont get confused...first you say 1494, but refer to 1495..which is it?
1494 is Leak Detection Pump (LDP) pressure switch problem - electrical or the
pump itself.
( Going by that list published in a thread here )

Any code over p1000 may be Manufacturer specific that could be why they told you spcut ,I got my list off a Dodge messageboard .Just to clarify phone a Dodge dealer and ask what p1494 is and if they say spcut find out what that is because searching through my service docs and on the internet was of no help.
1494 Leak Detection Pump (LDP) pressure switch problem - electrical or the
pump itself.
1495 Leak Detection Pump (LDP) pressure switch problem - the solenoid
circuit.

1494-electrical or the pump itself
1495-the solenoid circuit

thats the difference between the to codes I listed in your other thread.

Both codes say there is a problem with the(LDP)pressure switch .
This one "Leak Detection Pump (LDP) pressure switch problem - electrical or the pump itself." is a little more detailed in that it says the problem is in the pump itself or Electrical. That narrows it down alot. Using the .pdf tazzy posted above go over the LDP system and see if something looks amiss .If it was the (LDP) Solenoid ,it would throw a P1495 code ,but since it didn't throw a P1495.You should be able to sort out the problem pretty quick?
