Would a ported V8 throttle body be better then a stock V8 throttle body from the junk yard for my 93 LE 3.9?

Do you mean a ported V6 body if you mod a V8 body
it will be to much for the V6 and you will lose
all your low end.

see what you have on your truck first they came
with 42 44 and 46mm bodies.

Just moding your stock body will be very
noticeable, The first one I ever did on my own
truck was a 42mm and it made a big diff

here is one of my earlyer posts with pics that
tells you how to do it

Just find a 92 to 95 V8 318 or 360 body bolt all
your V6 sensors on and bolt it right on your truck
because you know they are good

Its a lot less work and works great.

You may need a cable depending on what linkage you
have, either get it right with the body from a
bone yard or a new one from Chrysler is around $35

This is the easyest and quickest way the whole
works should be $75 to $150 depending on how much
you pay for the TB

Its a great mod go for it you will not be disapointed
