Ok, I droped new plugs down the intake, Dam funny place for plugs. Cleared the code and it came back! So I guess they were still good. What the hell is that thing on top of the plug? dont look like plug wires I know! I guess that is the next proplem.(?) BTW I doped the oil, by your remark I guess I shuold try it. And it was still like tea. and not like the Diner's coffie. So the plugs and oil 50$ I could of used for the real problem, If only the code scanner would tell me that in da first place. I swair it's just like a Dealer,

"What the hell is that thing on top of the plug?"

considering you have an 05
then its either the 3.7 V6 or 4.7 V8

that "thing" ontop the plug as you so called it
is called a COIL pack

this will be the last of your posts i will even respond to

Just wondering if any one has tried using a Hydrogen Generator to improve mpg and improve emissions on the newer v6?

I considered a hydrogen generator, but found the benefits of a flux capacitor were much greater in the Dakota engines...

When that baby hits 88 miles per hour...you're gonna see some serious sh!t...

The "flux capacitor" Was cool for a wile, But I paid hell in the school zones. Now I am considering MPG in the lower speeds. 17 city and 20 hwy is not my idea of good gas milage. Looking for somthing like 34c and 40 hwy in a v6 dodge, I will let ya know after test are preformed. and I fire it up next week.

Does any one know a dealer clost to Augusta Ga. That can preform a emissions test?. With out going all the way to Alanta!

Been a wile since my last remark. So I will pass along an update. After a long hard time of removing the old "Flux Capacitor" I did finally install and test the hydrogen generator. So far I can report a better than normal running 3.7. AND finally the 305 code is gone! It's not scared at the red lights now. And I have a hard time knowing if it's running it’s so smooth. The throttle body bug seems to be gone also. Lastly I will let ya know about the MPG Later on in the mouth.

Ok I got a question,
How to lean out? seems this comp does every thing. (if) the o2 sender finds oxygen than it sends a sig to add or dump more fuel? So is it possible to put a restricted in the intake to limit oxygen? I am trying to avoid using a potentiometer (variable resister) on the MAF and still get a reasonable increase in MPG. Just with the generator alone I have a 5 mpg increase.

Seems the 10% corn syrup they put in the gas now,
is designed to clog your o2 censers and your cat.
And drop your preference of your cat by 10%.
Enouff to trigger the engine light to come on.
Some say if you have screens in your cat you can
run Lacquer thinner threw the system to clean
them. Gal of thinner to a 1/2 tank of gas. Will
that still work on the 05s and up?

Yes dealer I am (STILL) running that 05 with
Hydro. With water vapor still coming out the back
just like it was new.
