Aloha dudes and duddettes,
I just found out how long it takes the ECu to reprogram itself. My truck couldn't start this morning cause of a bad upgraded alternator I bought from eBay cause it was a higher voltage. Any how I thought it was the battery so I went and got a freakin $170 Yellos Optima battery! I installed it and the when i first started the truck didn't want to idle.
I called my buddy at the dealers mechanic shop and they said to rev it on low for about 5 minutes and the ECU will reprogram itself. Have anyone had this expierence before?
