Message: No but a new trans temp sensor will help
in the cooling line near the Rad 2 wire plug
The sensor reading cold will make the trans shift
at a higher rpm and sometimes not drop O/D
replace the sensor

Message: Larry-- I have had a new tranny installed, and bypassed the OEM radiator portion of the old system as it was completely fubard with material--- and replaced all lines and a new tranny cooler with a trick mount up front. That sensor isn't doing anything for me now-- wonder what that'll do???

Message: WORD OF WARNING.
I had the trans flush thing..They used dexron ..my Tranny stareting acting up..
I found the TSD..
So I told Both places and I got My money back."from both"
So I did it my self..Again..
Got all the fluid out..Installed aHeavy Duty trans cooler..using high pressure lines..
by-passed the RAD..
If you by-pass the rad you might also By Pass a Check valve..No worry..Idle in NEUTREL for a few secs.. to let the covertyer fill up..
