Option 1) uses some fuel hose and hose clamps, this is a temporary fix that will last about a year.
Option 2) Go to napa get the fittings, some bulk steel line, and a flaring tool and make your own.
Option 3) Have the dealer order one, pay lots of money for it and try to install it when it arrives kinked, and squished up into a little ball.

do yourself a favor, just replace the line, it is less than $50.00 for either one...do it right the first time...i should know, i did...
