Subject: Re: Turning Radius... IP: Logged
Message: I've got a '98 4by with the 3.9 and I just put 32's on it and they look sweet. However, my dilemma is obviously, the tires rub on the frame when I crank it hard over. Is there any way to adjust the stops so that they don't rub??? Or do I just have to be careful not to crank it hard over? Any help someone could give would be great. Thanks!!!

Message: well the only thing i could really give you as a suggestion would be find out the farthest you can turn and relocate the stops to that position with a grinder and a welder. i have been thinkin about doing the same thing to my 93 exept moving them back so i dont need an airport to turn around. hope that works for you

Message: could also try wheel spacers. Push the tire farther out from the truck will give you a little more turn. The rims may not have had enough backspacing for clearance. Good luck, Shank
Next time a Honduh wants to race Ask him how many sheets of plywood he can haul?
