Dump the Dakota toys and buy a real truck. Dakotas are useless! Ever notice all the Dodges rusting away on Ford lots? Get a F150 "Ford TOUGH", if you want a real truck that won't fall apart or seize up on you. 4.2 is a great V6 with some real HP potential. I've driven a Dodge(peice of crap) and a Chevy(so so) at work and am convinced Ford is far superior. Dakota's are a waste of time and $$$.LOL

i had a 4.3 S10 before i upgraded to a dodge :).....if ford is soo good then how come a V6 can all out rape the F150 "Ford TOUGH" hmmm lets see cus ford is only good if u have to use it for shade, and even then it sucks

Actually, I have notice lots of Dodges on Ford lots. However, they're usually up front on display... that's to get your attention! They put the good looking Rams and Dakotas trucks out front to hide the ugly F-150's and Rangers!

my favorite thing is looking in the newspaper classifieds... the ford section is usually the size of the chevy and dodge sections combined.
a lot of happy owners there!
what's even better is the insecurity of the average ford owner... so much so they have to go to a dodge dakota V6 board and prove... well... prove nothing at all other than the lame amount of time he has to go wonder off on the internet.
