 Subject: Borla Mufflers on a V6?

Well, I am looking for the best DURABLE muffler for a 3.9 Liter V6 Dakota with a nice rumble. Has anyone tried the Borla Turbo Mufflers on a V6? I am also considering the Flowmaster 50 Series stainless steel Delta Flow. I don't want a muffler that will wear out in a year or that will have its packing burn up in six months!

I have an 02 sxt 3.9 and wanted the flowmaster dual setup. however the flowmaster was too loud and settled for the dynaflow which mellowed the sound to a performance tone (Porsche)with no appreciable in cab noise at hwy.speeds.Aluminized pipes with mopar rt tips and proper hangers & installation increased power & mileage noticeably.Looking at both mufflers, possibly a little more back pressure from the dynaflow..good luck..
