We also have about 4 to 6 at the top of wisconsin.

I love to play in the snow, with my Dak, At night
I will also do the snowmobile trails and we have
a closed down ski resort with some nice hills
were everyone goes to play.

4X4 Dak + Snow = FUN!!!

I'm still wondering where our 1-4" is... the only snow I can see looking out my window is in the neighbors landscaping. Not even a dusting. Damn weathermen...

I was planning on taking the quad out for a joyride since my truck prolly wouldn't make it through 4 inches of snow being a 2wd. heh... that plan is ruined.

Nah, I need it tomorrow... but it'd sure be nice if I could make a run to Massachusetts or something. I heard they were supposed to get (or got) 18".

Here in eastern Pennsylvania we got around a foot...the 2WD dakota doesnt make it too far...i got stuck in my driveway trying to move it around to snowblow. Since its an early season snow I didnt put on the snow tires yet, and i need to find something for weight in the back. This is my first winter with the dakota so we shall see how she does...if worst comes to worst I can call my dad w/the Ram.

Snowmobile is the way to go though! We have a 96 Polaris Indy and are currently looking for a good deal on another sled, preferably the high performance rocket ship speed type. I put about 100 miles on her today ripping around the roads until the snowplows came and ruined my fun. I think my top speed was +/- 90mph down my road :-) and I ran out of straight road, i think if it was a long enough, hard packed stretch i could max out the speedo at 100...its definitely scary going that fast on a snowmobile though...

Winter...best season

well... off to the shower and then out to the ocean to the see the waves...

anyone know how the Dakota does with a plow? Got a chance for a great deal on one but want to know if anyone has had experience with the Dakota and plowing.

I have a 1996 4WD 3.9L club cab.

No snow here in the southeastern corner of wisconsin yet. But I can't wait until it does snow. I haven't played in it in a while. I wish I did have 4wd. But 2wd is fun too. If I get stuck(which i never have) I will call a friend. LOL.
