Subject: Question for larry IP: Logged
Message: Anyone who knows there stuff can answer this for me though. If I do the IAT relocate, and put a reister in the setup, would that hurt me performance wise, or do any good at all? What reister should I use?
Sorry if my spelling isn't the greatest. Thanks in advance

Message: The relocate of the IAT sensor into the air intake will help most of the time, some trucks do not run well with this setup.
Adding in a resistor is not recommended. You can get a resistor that sets the temp to a specific value but then it will only work best when the air temp is correct. If the outside air is colder than the resistor value sets it to, you won't run well. Just install the IAT in the air intake and see how your truck responds. This mod works best in the summer.

Message: I planned on doing the IAT relocate anyways, but wasn't sure if I put like a 10k resistor in the set up on a turn on and off switich if that would help or do any good at all. Thanks for answering though.
