Subject: Q for Larry IP: Logged
Message: I found my crank sensor, man is that gonna be fun to get at! anyways, i went to that site that tells you how to do it but reading and doing are two different things. it just says to drill 3/8 slots and move towards oil filter. So do i just drill out the existing holes to 3/8 inch and slide towards oil filter. Wont this bracket move all over the place now instead of just down. It seems by making bigger holes you'll have a variety of placement options along with moving in and out (north and south) as opposed to just left and right (east and west). It would be great if anyone had a diagram to post or i could see. i want to do this mod, seems everyone loves it, but want to do it right. thankyou

Message: No you just take either a file or an end mill and
make the exsisting hole oblong sloted, 3/8 long.
same size as bolt hole.
Dremal tool
be sure you pull the rubber grommet out of the
hole so the sensor will move down towards the
oil filter.
be sure its where you want it before you get it
tight it may move while your in threre playing
