Message: anyone with this mod please respond to this with pro's and con's that you have experienced with this mod, i want to do it but everytime i try one of these mods it makes my truck run worse, like the IAT relocate. And if I do it should i reset the computer and can i leave my TPS at .70? I only have a drop in K&N, cant see spending the money on an intake for what you "outtake" out of it. you guys rock, keep up the great site!!!

Message: Not all trucks respond well to the IAT mod you
just need to try it if not move it back and you
do not have to reset the comp, that would be like
saying you need to reset when it gets cold out
The crank sensor mod can be changed back in 5 min
and is a great mod and have not seen a truck run
worse by doing it, all showed better off idle
throttle response and better low end and gas milage same thing a jet chip does only $230 less
.7 is a good place to be
The K&N is a good way to go if you look at the
systems on these trucks they are a type of cold
air setup, cotton will out flow paper and filter
better.

Message: I have the jet stage 2, Iat relocate, and the crank sensor mod along with a few other things
and the crank mod by far is the best, raised my my mileage by 2mpg on average and could feel the difference in pickup. I've also had no problems with codes or pinging (I run 87 Octane an a 180* thermostat)your results may vary. It was a b**** to do though(I ended up pulling the inner fender well)

Message: I just completed this mod earlier in the week and found it to really help. I attacked it from the top of the engine and it was a little difficult. You must work blind with zen like concentration from that angle. I would consider the removal of the wheel well the next time.
Do the mod you will be very pleased!!
