What would you guys recommend.... Posi or LSD. Also what brand would you guys recommend going with. There was a guy I talked to that recommended the Detroit Locker?? Any kind of info would be greatly appreciated.

You really should do a full search before asking, it has been answered many times in the last year or two.
BTW, they are the same thing, just different manufactures lable's.

Posi and LSD are the same.
A detroit locker is a "locker" not a posi.
A posi will allow a wheel to go faster or slower than the other wheel but with a lot more torque needed to make it happen than with an open diff.
A locker will only allow the wheel to go faster than the other, so if you are going 35 mph either rear wheel will not go slower than 35 mph.
Get a posi for the street.
The Dana Trac-Loc is about $180 from www.4wheelparts.com.
