NOW YOU TRUCK DOES ONLY HAVE A FEW MODS BUT YOU GOTTA THINK TO ABOUT THINGS WITH THE KOTA THAT THE AIR INTAKE AND THE EXHUAST IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERSUCKING THINGS ON THE TRUCK.
GET SOMEONE WITH AND INTAKE A GOOD ONE AND A GOOD EXHUAST AND RUN HIM FIND SOMSONE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A 4X4 EITHER

Intake and exhaust actually dont do much, maybe a total of 10hp to be honest, now lets here all you people who go by the box claims, come on lets here it. How do you people concider s10's are slow pos's? I dont understand this, yes the 2.2L s10's are junk and a waste of space but the v6's have potential and actually beat your "FAST!!" v8 dakotas. Also with that auto driver comment, yes, the same exact trucks its all about reaction time, but we're not talking about identical dakota vs. dakota, this is s10 vs.dakota, yes i know not everyone has a 4X4 but most things i read on here, people think their 4x4's are fast, maybe get real? Back to the point, those v6 dakotas are nothing but weak pos's, the AWESOME Magnum v8 that pumps out CRAZY AMOUNTS OF HP! is nothing but a pos too. Stop comparing the "power" of s10's v6 to the v8 of your dakota, you obviously have more power but that obviously doesn't matter cause i can walk all over the 5.2 sports, sure my truck is not fast, i dont think its fast at all, 15's is not fast, 14's and under i will say is pretty fast. "For s10 whinn" you have to be the dumbest person i ever heard of, please tell me where you get these hp claims cause they are halarious!

Any non mythical person like you who opens their eyes know that a 4.3 can beat almost all dakotas, dont be jealous cause your v8 is pure trash and slow. A 4.3 is one of the best engines made, its a cut off 350, 3/4th block 350, unlike your crap big bad tough magnum 360 pumping out a whopping 250hp! I love my Dakota, but:
3.9L V6 - 175HP / 225lb-ft
4.3L V6 - 180HP / 245lb-ft (4x4 - 190HP / 250lb-ft)
5.9L V8 - 250HP / 345lb-ft - will kill either stock V6.

I HAD A 97 NEON AND ONLY HAD INTAKE AND EXHUAST AND RACED A BRAND NEW CAVILER WITH THE SAME HE EVEN HAD A 5SPD AND COULD NOT BEAT ME AND HE HAD NO TIRE SPIN BUT WAS TRYING LIKE HELL HE WAS DOGGING IT OUT TO TRY AND KEEP UP.
AND YOU WANNA COMPAIR A CHEVY MOTOR WITH SOEMTHING USE THE 350 5.7L VS THE DODGE HEMI 5.7L THERE SAME LITERS. INSTEAD OF THE 5.9 VS. THE 5.7 WHY DONT YA LOOK AT SOME NUMBERS TOO AND READ SOME THING ON THE DAKOTAS BEFORE YOU GO RUNNING YOUR MOUTH ABOUT THEM ALL SUCKING?
GRAB A MOPAR MAG WHEN THEY GOT SOME KOTA STUFF IN THERE AND READ UP SOME.

Its a 15 second truck! get over it, 250hp outta a 5.9, pretty damn weak if you ask me. where as the silverado has the 345hp, come on. (An R/T may not be as fast as it sounds, especially if the road isn't sticky enough, but it'll reel off 85-90-mph quarter miles until it runs out of gas)-hahahaha straight from truck trend mag. and yes the 5.7 chevy would kill the 5.7 hemi, seen it done many times at the track, stock vehicles. It would also kill the big bad small sport truck r/t as well. As for the cavy's being like an s10, i dont know where the hell you would come up with that. Those cavys have 2.2L 4cyl, just as slow as the 2.2L s10's. So you all might wanna go get some 5-point harnesses because your sports and r/t's are so fast that you might need the saftey belts for your 15 second runs, maybe paint your interior pieces and tweed it, call yourself awesome after that

btw, a LT1 or LS1 are not "350"s
i think the last 350 in a truck was Throttle body injected and had somewhere around 225 hp

Hahaha nope, the 4.8 is 270hp, the 5.3 is 285hp and i believe the 5.7 at 325hp or 345hp , and how is an lt1 and ls1 not a 350? Dumbass, look at the displacement, 350ci, idiot. 360 is a crap motor, anyone who would take a mopar product 360 over a chevy 350 is a complete moron. You have flames on your truck, are you a hotrod? Just look at dodges new durango, probably the ugliest thing i have ever seen. Still the fact of the matter is, dodge sucks, the v8's are weak, our chevy v6's have no trouble with your 4.7 and 5.2's and only competition are the 5.9's but put our v8's up against your and say goodbye dodge, 250 hp 5.9L what a joke

lets see... the last 350 was the 1996-1999 Vortec 350 offered in full size trucks. It came with 250 hp and 335 lb-ft of torque.
