There are also a lot of others here that are very
knowledgeable about these daks.
Its just the position I am in that gives me the
time to help you guys, most don't have the time
holding down full time jobs and raising there
families keeps most very busy.
I did work just as hard as others to get where I am
today, building a business for 30 years takes
a lot of work.
I just hope others can get to the point where they
can take it easy and enjoy what they work so hard
to achieve.

In the beginning (after Larry had built a strong following here) someone started posting pretending to be Larry (hijacking his name) and posting FLAMES and vulgarities. The same happened to me in the past when I was only an advertising sponsor and not a full-fledged member.
Knowing Mark (this website owner), I informed Mark that Larry was a valuable contributor, ... and told Mark that Larry had threatened to leave and never come back due to people pretending to be him. Mark (with his infinite wisdom) made Larry an Honorary Member ... to keep him around and "adding value" to this site.
Thanks Again Larry for all your contributions!

Well, I found this website about 2 years ago. When I came on here first I thought it was really neat, but then, I would catch myself coming on here every time I was on the computer. I was addicted to DodgeDakotas.com. That was in the time of Bernd, which alot of you still remember. Now we've got Larry here, he is about the only reason i get on this site. He is like a Dakota Guru, when he speaks, everyone listens. I don't think he has ever flamed anyone. This is what makes him a truly great person. We all thank you for helping is when we need it the most.

Yes I love comming here to help everyone. I have
the privlage of getting to work on so many of
these trucks that I think I have seen just about
anything that can go wrong with them. I will also
spend hours on customers trucks just to get them
to run the best they can but I don't charge people
for the extra time sometimes not at all. just
parts. Its a labor of love for these trucks
How is your truck running with the Ap's at .060
did you notice any change in your gas mileage.
If you havent already you can tweak the injector
sync and bring in more low end, mine seamed to
be the best at +3 0 and the minis side the low
end was doggie on my truck

Thanks Larry! I've had my Dak for only a few months, but I feel like I've learned so much from you and this board. You were the first person to offer (real) advice when I asked some basic questions about boosting my 3.9's power and you did it without getting "pissy" like some others on this board get.
Anyway, thanks for all the great advice.
Mark, you should send Larry a bottle of Scotch or something for helping make this board so successful!! (Or, maybe buy him that blower that he's been wanting!!) j/k
