As someone said that I said but did not,
There is nothing wrong with nitrious and it does
do almost the same thing as a blower or turbo
only in a differant way
carries more oxigen into the cyl alowing the motor
to burn more fuel that has entered with it and
gives you a boost in performance Bigger Bang
But as FazDak said you should have a few other
mods to go with it like a bigger TB cold air and
the 1.7's to get as much in as you can and a low
restriction exh to get all that extra out faster
and more efficiant to maximise your gain

im 14 my truck has a high performance exhaust sytsem some engine mods a cold air intake you know the basic bolt on's its lowered got a tonnue
cover rol pan light spaint job the basics ya know im just wondering for futer plans what would be the best thing to drop in it for the most performance. thanks 4 ya thoughts and info

Larry one more thing they need to do if going to nitrous that most forget, put in larger lb per hour fuel injectors, too small as in stock will result in a lean condition that can most assuridly burn holes in pistons. Lean=hot.

larger fuel injectors are not always neccessary.
With modern WET kits, additional fuel is added via a solenoid and another jet. Kits such as the Nitrous Express kit are tuned very well with the proper sized jettings to keep you stoich or a little rich when spraying.
Bigger injectors are only needed if you are running a dry system that only adds nitrous.

for natural aspiration(w/out NO2 or blower)let the 6'er breath.That makes a difference.Intake and throttle body.Also let her exhale some headers and mandrel bent catback.And tall roller rockers for the inside.Then the ignition could be a tad brighter.An ignition amplifier/controller,some good wires& a brass rotor.After that,you gotta do a cam change 'and/or' computer flash( preferably 'and)That'll wake 'er up.Just remember air flow=HP.And check out all the free tricks like at Speed tweaks or krcperformance.com.

well my dak is a 93 so stock the headers are pretty bid and free flowing i have a air intake system on it and alot of the main bolt on(muffler cat and holly carb, the plugs and wires are all after market and it has various engine work(inside) thank tho im here to learn all i can im 14 and i wanna know more than enough about my dak
