I'm wondering if one of those aftermarket air deflectors
you attach to the edge of the hood will help quiet the air
noise in the cab? What would be a good brand?

No it would not,
Are your door seals leaking, adjust doors or
replace the rubber molding on the cab where the
door seals about $40 each from mopar for new ones
