I have cold air intake, & 40 series flowmasters.
If I add the V8 TB what kinda mileage will I be losing or gaining? Also if I get the TB should I go ahead and get the spacer too? Finally, should I do the hypertech pcm mod 1st or larger headers?

Forget the spacer it does nothing but make it
whistle loud.
On most trucks the V8 body will show an increase
in mileage
What year is the truck are you talking about the
microchips super tunner, yes a great upgrade for
the computer giving it more aggresive timing and
fuel curves and better mileage if you keep your
foot out of it.
There is the option of the billit alm foot its
lighter than the lead foot and cost less, I am
looking at them but they are not out in my size
yet LOL

Its a 99' sport. 3.9L. I was wondering exactly what the spacer does? Will the headers do anything except for make it louder?

The headers will help once you do the intake side
and get more air and fuel in.
99 yes go for the super tunner they work very well
