Message: You've never seen a windage tray? They bolt to the main caps and scrap the oil off the crank and rods. They also reduce turbulance inside the engin giving you more horse power and RPM's. It came stock on most 340 cars. And they are listed in the mopar performance catalog only for v8. So I custom made one for the v6.

They also keep the oil from splashing up on the
crank and creating drag during hard excelleration
I have one in my stroker motor made the same way
from a moded LA V8 engine
