 Subject: IAC Question

I noticed that the Iac on my 02 4x4 Dakota was moving in and out like it was pulsing. It seemed to be stuck and it was reversing it self then moving in again. It was not opening or closing, just kind of rocking. The idle was hunting a bit. Any thoughts?
