 Subject: Collant drain

On the 3.9 is there a drain plug on the block? I drained about 2 gal. out but could only add about 1 gal 50/50 mix. I took off the cap , tried running engine to open thermostat still no luck. The system is supposed to have a 14.4 qt. capacity and I can't get it out!
