Its a pretty muchs tck truck other than the flowmasters, the 4 in body lift, and the 33x12.5 tires on 15inch racing alloys. But i was just wondering if you guys could help me out.
I want to squeeze out almost as much performance as possible without having to use overly expensive methods, like each thing to not exceed 500 Dollars.
Please provide links and what not.

Fastman Throttle body (http://www.thefastman.com)
If you don't want the fastman tb you can also get an F&B tb (http://www.socaldakota.com) or a V8 tb from a gen. 3 dak (can be found at junkyards, ebay, or I think http://www.socaldakota.com might sell them). You'll prolly need a new tb cable too.
180*F thermostat
Remove clutch fan and get an electric one to replace it (More info on other threads).
1.7 Roller Rockers (Sam @ Socaldakota.com)
JBA Headers maybe?
Ummm...msd ignition...blaster coil...
Not sure what else...
The tires you currently have probably aren't doing much good to your low end torque or gas mileage are they?

nah, they dont hurt the truck at all, i still average about 20mpg in an automatic., thanks alot for the suggestions too.
