I have a 96 3.9L 2wd and am getting about 15mpg to the canadain gallon(13mpg to the us gallon) combined city/hwy. What kind of milage are you guys getting?

I've been averaging about 18.5 mpg. My truck has a little over 1500 miles on it and it's been mostly highway driving. It's a 2002 3.9l, 5-speed, 2wd, Club Cab.

Somethings wrong I was getting that kind of mileage until I replaced the O2 sensor , air charge sensor and the pulse ring in the distributor . While your at it replace the plugs . I now get 19.5 to 19.9 and I drive like an idiot .
