 Subject: signal light problem

my front signal lights on my 99 are freaking me out. when running lights are on, 1 bulb is out. however, when turn signal is on, bulb works fine. i replaced the bulb but have the same problem. just started doing this 2 days ago. any help woud be appreciated.

Its a doubble filiment bulb
1 is park light
1 signal light
replace the bulb
